We guarantee efficient research and development and services for the continued prosperity of the oil palm industry.

Our commitments:

• Produce at least five new technologies, research finding or products for the benefit of the industry yearly.

• Provide accurate analytical and statistical services and to give estimated time required for results within two weeks.

• Give decision on applications for new licences within 3 months of receipt of the completed application forms and
   renewal of licences before the expiry of the existing licence.

• Release average prices of selected palm oil products at 4.15pm on every full working day and monthly average
  prices at 10.00am on the 3rd working day of the following month.
